Do not send products to our business address, the address displayed on the original shipping package, or any other address without first contacting Info@megstanks.com and receiving written return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products sent to our business address or another unauthorized address are sent entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Megs Tanks is not responsible if an unauthorized return is lost, rejected, delayed, destroyed, disposed of, or delivered to a location that does not process returns. Sending a product to an unauthorized address does not qualify the customer for a refund.
