SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.
The processing period begins after payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery within the United States is normally 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, incorrect addresses, high demand, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping options, shipping charges, and applicable free-shipping promotions are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional free shipping may be limited to specific countries, order values, products, or promotional periods.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking may take several business days to display its first update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
If you have not received tracking information after the stated processing period, contact Info@megstanks.com.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Products in the same order may be stored at different fulfillment locations. Your order may therefore arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
You may receive a separate tracking number for each package. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact Info@megstanks.com immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing.
Megs Tanks is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to the customer or deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
• Check the delivery location and surrounding areas.
• Ask household members or neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier.
• Allow 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early.

Megs Tanks is not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms correct delivery, except where otherwise required by law.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, email Info@megstanks.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the external packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Keep the packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Megs Tanks does not control customs charges or customs-processing times.
REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and carrier fees.
Any approved refund may be reduced by these expenses where permitted by law.
RETURNS
Do not return products to the address printed on the shipping package or to our business address.
Our business address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 is not a returns facility.
Contact Info@megstanks.com before returning any product. We will provide the approved return instructions and applicable return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unauthorized returns are sent entirely at the customer’s own risk.
